For all MDLX Events and Programs: Tournaments, Showcases, Teams, Camps, Clinics or Leagues

Thank you for registering today for one of our MDLX Events or Madlax lacrosse programs. This  REQUIRED Waiver for all MDLX Events, contains a mandatory field for a USA Lacrosse membership number for players in the 2029 and younger graduation years.  Please email us if you have any issues with this registration, mdlxevents@madlax.com.
